	Terms of Sale: Deposits are not refundable. All modules are hand built to order. Delivery times are based on work load and are a "best guess". All orders below $1000 are prepaid. Orders above $1000 require a 50% deposit. Balance is due at completion of instrument and before shipment. Personal and business checks are accepted. Also money orders, wire transfers and Paypal if customer agrees to pay fees. Please make payable to "Wiard Synthesizer". All bank fees and Paypal charges are the responsibility of the customer. International Orders: International wire tansfers are happily accepted, please e-mail for Bank details. International Paypal rates are inexpensive compared to wire transfer fees. All bank fees and Paypal charges are the resonsibility of the customer. International shipments can be difficult due to new security measures. Single modules can be shipped by US Post Office Insured mail. For international shipments over US$2500, shipping is the least expensive using a customers own UPS or FedEx account number. Otherwise brokerage fees or VAT processing fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

	Fine Print: FOB Milwaukee. All orders are non-cancellable and deposits are non-refundable. All standard items are covered by a two year limited warranty, beginning from date of shipment. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective items. Wiard Synthesizer and/or Grant Richter can not be held liable for any consequential damages resulting from lack of access to instrument. No warranty given for fitness of purpose. Specifications and designs subject to change without notice. Module faceplates subject to slight cosmetic differences due to process variation. Disputes subject to the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Wiard reserves the right to issue quotations and accept orders at it's sole discretion.
