Prices above are subject to change without notice and do not include any applicable taxes or postage and packing charges. All orders below $1000 must be prepaid. For orders totaling more than $1000, a deposit of 50% of the total cost (less postage and packing charges) must be paid up-front within 30 days of receipt of formal invoice for deposit amount. All orders are non-cancellable and deposits are non-refundable. A second invoice will be issued when your order is ready to ship including postage/packing charges, which must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept PayPal, wire transfer, or checks or money orders. All fees for electronic transfers or foreign currency transfers/conversions must be paid in full by the customer. Checks and money orders must be in US Dollars and made payable to Wisconsin Audio Research and Design.

International wire tansfers are happily accepted; please e-mail for bank details. International shipments can be difficult due to new security measures. Single modules can be shipped by US Post Office Insured mail. The customer is responsible for payment of import duty and tax charges. For international shipments over US $2500, shipping is the least expensive using a customer's own UPS or FedEx account number.

All modules are hand built to order. Delivery times are based on work load and are a "best guess". We will provide an estimated delivery time-frame with your formal quotation, but given the limited availability, nature, and complexity of these instruments, delivery times may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed if your delivery date seems likely to change significantly as soon as we become aware of a problem, and will always do our best to get your order finished as quickly as possible and maintain good communication.

All standard items are covered by a two year limited warranty, beginning from date of shipment. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective items. ANY third-party-modification of any kind renders the warranty null and void.

Wisconsin Audio Research and Design and/or its owners, contractors, and employees can not be held liable for any consequential damages resulting from lack of access to instrument. No warranty is given for fitness of purpose. Specifications and designs are subject to change without notice. Module faceplates subject to slight cosmetic differences due to process variation. Disputes subject to the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Wisconsin Audio Research and Design reserves the right to issue quotations and accept orders at it's sole discretion.
